How long does a repaint or varnish job take?

Timelines depend on vessel size, surface condition, and environmental constraints. A full repaint typically ranges from several weeks to a few months. We provide a structured schedule in advance, accounting for curing times, inspections, and quality control stages.

How do you ensure color matching and consistency?

Color control is managed through standardized mixing procedures, controlled application environments, and spray technique consistency. We verify color accuracy with approved samples before full application and maintain uniform film build to ensure visual consistency across panels.

What coating system do you use, and why?

We use high-performance marine coating systems selected for their durability, UV resistance, gloss retention, and compatibility with the vessel’s substrate. System choice is based on technical requirements, environmental exposure, and the desired finish level.

How do you control dust, orange peel, and surface texture?
